Making a Purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and then click the Order now button. You will then be asked to complete a mail order form. We accept all credit card payment through Google checkouts. If purchasing by credit card, delivery of goods can only be made to the registered address of the credit card holder. For security reasons this information will be checked with the bank of the credit holder prior to despatch to verify that they match. We can currently only supply products to the UK and Europe. Postage & Packing & Vat Prices for all the rugs are included in standard Delivery (Up to 5 working days) for Great Britain Mainland. Deliveries to Channel Island, Europe & Ireland for all Items are subject to an extra charge.

Place your order for in-stock items up to 11.30 A.M. Monday to Friday and subject to your credit card being authorised and bearing no system failure, we will ship on a courier service within 5 Working days. This is part of the standard delivery charge associated with your order and is not a guaranteed service. We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address since all items are shipped by courier and small parcels via Royal Mail. A signature would be required upon delivery. If no -one is at home the courier or Royal mail will leave a card under your door, enabling you to re-arrange a delivery or for you to pick it up from your local depot.

For back order and special made to measure rugs orders we will take 25% off a total order as a deposit and the rest of the amount will be taken prior to despatch of your order. A special order will be made in our Co-Operative in Morocco so therefore for any delivery would take place between 30 to 60 days from date of an order.

Credit Card security is always a concern whenever online commerce and payments are involved. Returns Policy

All queries received on-line, by fax or telephone will be answered within 48 hours. We will do our utmost to resolve any query within 72 hours. We guarantee your satisfaction. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis; please check compatibility for sizes and colours prior to purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Only faulty & wrong sizes goods will be replaced. (N.B.
